The location was great, surrounded by greenery, with a clean swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff was attentive. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel has some serious issues to sort out regarding overbooking rooms. After 22 hours of travel from Lisbon, I arrived at 1:30am to find they had completely disregarded my reservation and given away the last room. This, despite the fact that I rang them from Lisbon two days prior to let them know I would be arriving late. While the night desk man did his best to find alternate arrangements for me, it was a truly horrid start to my trip and I will never stay at a Novotel Hotel again. Very dowdy room with badly stained carpet and a wonky TV. Also, very frustrating to have to ask daily for a new internet username and password. Boo!!!

Hotel needs to be re-done completely. Old and worn carpets, linen, ...I had a club sandwich on sundaynight which was not fresh at all, even to a point disgusting (did not eat it). Hotel gives a sad impression. Will definitely not stay there anymore. Felt repiied-off.

The parking takes a bit too long to retrieve the car, and there was a small damage to the back bumper when we got the car back. The restaurant service was adequate, but the food was not as good as expected.
